Professional Support & Experience
California MENTOR's professionally trained Coordinators monitor the Mentor home and coordinate the development and implementation of the client's Individual Service Plan (ISP). In this role, the Coordinator develops opportunities for community interaction, identifies and accesses community resources and provides support to the Mentor family home provider. The Coordinator also functions as an important liaison for the individual's family, friends and community.
Quality is at Our Core.
We're committed to finding safe, nurturing homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition to a comprehensive matching process, we maintain one of the highest levels of services monitoring and program oversight available. At our foundation are proven practices and Quality of Care Standards that represent the framework by which we run our programs, train staff and transform vision into action. These standards hold use accountable to all our stakeholders but most importantly to those we serve.
